How do I print a WiFi card?

What size should the WiFi card be?
Our cards are designed at 4x3 inches (1200x900 pixels at 300 DPI), which is the standard size for a table tent card or fridge magnet. They also look great printed as 6x4 postcards.
Can I customize the design?
